Project Logistics is typically seen as the task of transporting goods for a project from point A to point B. However, at Infinity Logistics, we offer much more. Project Logistics services include receiving requests from customers, analyzing project needs, building a logistics strategy for the project, and planning a logistics budget that fits the customer’s requirements and budget. To perform this task, it first requires a study of the project location, a survey of the transportation route, and this service is provided not only within the project logistics contractor package but also separately for customers who need it and deliver the file to the customer. PROJECT ANALYSIS
At Infinity Logistics, all projects we receive will be analyzed at the very first stage so that both Project Owner or EPC Contractor and Logistics Contractor have a clear overview of the logistics part of the project. What we can do and what we have to do to meet both economical, safe and effective needs.
We do Project Analysis for our customers even before the projects is implementing as a way for Project Owner to plan and build their budget.
Project Analysis should include study of project and project site, route survey, technical analysis, logistics strategy and also logistics budgeting to advice customers which strategy should be used to save budget, and meet the project’s requirements.

Especially when it happens to be cargoes or objects used for projects, things need to be prepared even before they get on board, so that when they arrive in Vietnam they are ready to get into business. All-in Services
Once the cargoes are ready, Infinity can take care of receiving under hook of the imported vessel or lifting from storage yard/warehouse, implement lashing, dunnage, and transportation to destination, lift cargoes off vehicles and install cargoes at factory/plant if needed.
Infinity is well aware of the importance of cost in the industrial fields. In 2020, the proportion of logistics cost in Vietnam is about 25% GDP, which is a lot higher than that of other countries compared to 19% of China or just 8-9% of Japan. Whether customer need temporary storage after receiving cargoes under hook of imported vessel or factory is in short of storage yard, Infinity can receive cargoes to transport to storage yard, and provide storage service, including lift on/lift off heavy cargoes, cover and protect cargoes.
